This product researches and develops, and promotes the equipment after it investigates and researches many power grid construction sites. The manual operation for hole-digging and A-frame pole-erecting adopted in the past are time-consuming, laboursome and unsafe. It is inefficient and the quality of erecting poles (perpendicularity of the pole) is not good; After that the excavator is used to dig hole and put up the pole, but the excavator is not professional enough and there are no intelligent inspections for the special operations. Although the efficiency is improved and labor intensity is reduced, pole erection quality (perpendicularity of the pole) cannot meet the requirements. What's more, it is not all-ground chassis, and the construction environment is affected to some extent. This product adopts all-terrain wheel-track chassis, which can not only do outdoor constructions, but also short distance transition on the road. Specialized drilling device is equipped, with intelligent control and detection function, the drilling quality is improved and operation efficiency and safety performance are also greatly improved.

It mainly solves the implementation of driving adaptability, meets the demands for drilling, pole erection and digging working conditions, as well as the transportation standard. Among which, drilling and pole erection are for the poles of 15m and below, drilling diameter is 500-800mm, and excavation function is to achieve 2-3m underground cable laying ditch.

According to the particularity of power grid operation, the working conditions of driving road surface is complex, such as common roads, mountain roads, mud flats, sand and gravel lands, and various hillsides, fields and gullies. A type of chassis for all-terrain driving is needed. The tires and tracks of this product are integrated, which can adapt to the complex working conditions. The excavation mechanism is achieved by the system of swing boom, bucket rod, boom hydraulic cylinder, bucket rod hydraulic cylinder and bucket hydraulic cylinder, works like a mini-excavator. Drilling hole adopts the boom system of rotary drilling rig and the small power head. In order to increase operating radius, boom telescope mode is used; Erection of pole is achieved by excavation boom, by switching the special gripper through quick change joint. The gripper grabs the center of gravity of the pole, then rotates, erects, and implants it into the hole, then compacts the foundation, so as to implement the drilling and erection operations.
